At TeLoCalculo we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the website telocalculo.net, why, for how long and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection (LOPDGDD). This is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. The calculators do not collect your data
All TeLoCalculo calculators run inside your browser. The figures you type (amounts, dates, weight, salary, etc.) are not sent to our servers or stored. If you use the buttons to share a result, the values of the calculation are included in the link that you choose to share with others.
3. Data we process and purposes

We do not build profiles or make automated decisions based on your data.
4. Retention
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer your enquiry and no more than twelve months afterwards, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
- Anti-abuse data from the form: stored in pseudonymised form (a cryptographic hash of the IP) and automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider for security reasons, normally no longer than one year.
5. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email provider processes data on our behalf as a data processor, under a contract that guarantees its confidentiality and security.
6. International transfers
We do not transfer data internationally. If we add services in the future that involve such transfers (for example, advertising or analytics), they will rely on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, and we will update this policy.
7. Cookies and local storage
At present TeLoCalculo only uses technical elements that are necessary to provide the service you request and do not require consent:

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If they are added in the future, a notice will let you accept, reject or configure them before they are set, and this policy will be updated. You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to or using the Contact support form. Please state which right you wish to exercise; if needed to identify you, we may ask for proof of identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers, protection against automated submissions and no databases containing user information.
10. Children
The contact form is not intended for children under 14. If you are under that age, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
