2. Purpose and acceptance

TeLoCalculo provides free online calculators and converters in several languages. By accessing and using the website you become a user and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

3. Permitted use

You may use the tools for lawful personal and professional purposes. You may not:

• Run automated or bulk queries that overload the service, or systematically extract its content.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the website or introduce malicious code.
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising or unlawful content, or to impersonate others.

4. Nature of the results and limitation of liability

Calculator results are estimates for information purposes only. They are based on the formulas, parameters and general rules stated in each tool, which may not reflect all your circumstances, may contain errors or may become outdated.

Results do not constitute financial, tax, employment, legal or medical advice. Before making important decisions, check the figures with a qualified professional or the relevant official body. The health calculators do not replace diagnosis or advice from a healthcare professional.

To the extent permitted by law, La Clave Ganadora S.L. shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the results or from decisions based on them, nor for service interruptions, technical errors or connection failures beyond its control.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee it. We may modify, suspend or withdraw tools or content and carry out maintenance without prior notice.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, source code, logos and the TeLoCalculo brand belong to La Clave Ganadora S.L. or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may link to any page of the website and share your results, but reproducing, distributing or transforming the content without express permission is not allowed.

7. Links and share buttons

The share buttons (Facebook, WhatsApp, X and Telegram) are plain links: they do not load scripts from those platforms on our pages. Clicking them takes you to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

8. Advertising

The website may display advertising, which will be identified as such. Where applicable, the providers and the cookies they use will be described in the Privacy policy, and your consent will be requested when required.

9. Data protection

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante (Spain), unless consumer protection law establishes a different jurisdiction, in which case the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
